Hop BroThe brewing is handled by Carl Worsop, originally from North Carolina in the U.S. He is a brewer who trained at Nagisa Beer in Wakayama.

Hop Bro"Hiroshima Hinode Lager" is a mild, easy-drinking standard. "Hondori West Side Classic IPA" takes its name directly from the street where the brewery is located. They also make beers like "Nicaragua Coffee Stout," so the range of styles is impressive.

Hop BroMost notable of all is the collaboration with Otafuku Sauce: "Okonomiyaki Ale." It's a pale ale made with dates, cinnamon, and nutmeg, ingredients used in okonomiyaki sauce, and it was developed specifically to pair with okonomiyaki.

Hop BroIt came to life after Otafuku Sauce asked, "Could you make a beer that goes well with okonomiyaki?" They have the largest brewing facility in Hiroshima City, and at the adjoining charcoal-grilled izakaya called Harebare, you can drink while looking at the brewing tanks. They also have two directly operated stores in Hatchobori: Raku Beer and Golden Garden.
