Today’s new menu items are chilled salty plum, tomato hiyayakko, green beans with tomato and myoga mixed with salt kombu, stir-fried string beans with spicy miso, grilled-and-marinated zucchini, lightly fried seasonal summer vegetables marinated in broth, fried okra, the chef’s whim nanban-zuke, and semi-rare amberjack cutlet.
