Business hours are 17:00-25:00, with food last order at 23:00 and drinks last order at 24:00. The shop has also started new menu items themed around "early summer," with dishes that pair well with beer.
Today’s new menu items are chilled salty plum, tomato hiyayakko, green beans with tomato and myoga mixed with salt kombu, stir-fried string beans with spicy miso, grilled-and-marinated zucchini, lightly fried seasonal summer vegetables marinated in broth, fried okra, the chef’s whim nanban-zuke, and semi-rare amberjack cutlet. Centered on light dishes suited to the growing heat, the selection includes the grilled-and-marinated zucchini shown in photos.
There are 12 draft beers, and today’s new tap is Ushitora’s "Slowly Simmered Pils." Other beers on tap include Kakegawa Farm’s "Cloudy Sky [Hazy IPA]," Number Nine’s "Dolce Vita IPA," Ogna’s "Amber Ale," Yokohama Bay Brewing’s "Steel Soul Fixie IPA [West Coast IPA]," Craft Beer Base’s "Pale Ale [American Pale Ale]," Miyazaki Hideji Beer’s "Kemurihige Stout," U.B.P Brewery’s "Keyaki Forward [Hazy IPA]," Hiroshima Neighbourly’s "Hiroshima Lemon Sparkling Session IPA," Iwate Kura Beer’s "Weizen," Fermentary’s "Grapy [Grape Skin Contact Saison]," and Pilsner Urquell.
Coming soon are Hino Brewing’s "Hinoberry Ale [Fruit Ale]," Touchdown’s "Rock Weizen," Great Dane’s "Everyday IPA," Y.Market’s "Beertex #1.3 Rainy Jacket [American IPA]," and Black Tide’s "Full Power [Hazy IPA]." From lager and IPA to ale, stout, and saison, the lineup spans a broad range, giving guests the pleasure of following the changing taps alongside their meal. As a beer pub on the sixth floor in Kokubunji, it is a lineup made for lingering over a slow drink.
