Sakazuki Lab is the sister location of Sakazuki Brewing, on the east side of Kita-Senju Station. It's run by the same Naoko Kanayama.

A sister location? How is it different from the main brewery?

As the name suggests, "Lab" means "laboratory." If the main shop is the place that serves its standard beers reliably, Lab is the place that takes on more experimental beers. They also had brewing equipment on site and were preparing to restart brewing on their own.
Mugi
Oh! Experimental, like what kind of beers?
Hop Bro
Recently, for staff member Shino's graduation celebration, they brewed a beer called "hangover!" and even served it with a sharp pour. It's pretty rare to brew a beer for each individual staff member.
Mugi
Wait, they make beer for someone who's graduating!? That's way too wonderful...
Hop Bro
That's the kind of closeness you get with a small brewery. At the 10th anniversary event, they also released two special anniversary brews in coordination with the main shop, and rolled out limited-edition food tied to the number 10. The stamp rally was so popular that they had to stop handing out new cards partway through because of the huge turnout.
Mugi
It's that popular? Is it close to the main shop?
Hop Bro
It's in the Senju Asahi-cho area, within walking distance of the main shop, so you can bar-hop between them. You could have the flagship "Fuzuki Pale Ale" at the main shop, then try an experimental pint at Lab.

A brewery crawl in Kita-Senju! I definitely want to do that!
