Sakazuki Lab to Serve KIRIN's Tanrei Gokujo Nama at Its Monthly Keg-Change Event on May 14
Sakazuki Lab in Adachi, Tokyo will begin its monthly keg-change event on May 14. This month's selection is KIRIN's Tanrei Gokujo Nama. The regular Maruef will be paused, and the beer will be poured in a way suited to its characteristics.
Located in Kitasenju, Sakazuki Lab will start its once-a-month keg-change event on May 14. In a post, the bar said that Wednesday, May 13, would be a 5:00 p.m. opening, and that from Thursday the 14th it would present a 'Lab-style proposal for enjoying national-brand beers.'
This month's selection is KIRIN's Tanrei Gokujo Nama. The post introduces it as a happoshu with a lineage tracing back to Tanrei Nama from 1998, and notes that it is a label that has pursued robust richness and crispness. At Sakazuki Lab, the regular Maruef is temporarily set aside, and the chosen national-brand beer is served with an optimal pour matched to its characteristics.
Sakazuki Lab is one of the Sakazuki brand's venues, known as a craft beer hub in Adachi, Tokyo. Together with its sister shop Sakazuki Brewing, it has created a place in the Kitasenju area where people can enjoy beer and food. This event also lets guests enjoy not just the label itself, but the differences in flavor brought out by the way it is poured.
The post says the event will run from Thursday the 14th until sold out. If you're interested, plan to stop by on or after May 14, when the shop is open.
