Sakaduki Lab, a beer-focused venue in Adachi, Tokyo, is holding a special renewal third-anniversary program from Wednesday, July 15 through Sunday, July 19. The brewery-bar is combining a Lab-only anniversary beer with food built around the number three, making the week more than just a standard celebratory event.

What the anniversary week includes

- Lab-only beer: the special anniversary brew "Yakan Hikou"
- Food specials: dishes themed around the number three
- Anniversary lottery: a chance to win limited logo goods

"Yakan Hikou" is described as a pale mild brewed for the anniversary. It uses Maris Otter ale malt for a soft bready malt base, then layers in caramel and lightly roasted malt for a sweet, toasty profile. The beer stays at 3.5% ABV or lower and is designed to be mellow, with very little bitterness. It will be served in three ways: still, nitro, and carbonated.

July 18 brings the main food highlight

On Saturday, July 18, the venue opens at 13:00, and the headline dish is expected to come out around 18:00: roast beef made with Sendai beef. The post notes that Sendai beef is a brand only allowed to use the name when it meets the top meat grading standard, which makes it a fitting centerpiece for the anniversary menu.

Other dishes include sanbeiji-style chicken and shrimp-filled fish cakes, both tied to the theme of "3." For beer lovers, the pairing angle is the real draw here: a low-ABV specialty beer, multiple serving styles, and a food menu built to match the anniversary mood.
