Third-anniversary week
Sakaduki Lab in Adachi, Tokyo will hold its renewal third-anniversary week from Wednesday, July 15 through Sunday, July 19. The post marks the Lab's renewal birthday on July 14 and frames the week as a small celebration after a stretch of rainy weather. On Friday, July 17, the venue opens at 5:00 p.m. and continues through the weekend.
Limited beer and food
The featured beer is `Yakan Hiko`, a commemorative house-brewed pale mild supervised by Koba. It is built on Maris Otter malt character, with caramel and light roasted notes layered in, and comes in three serving formats: still, nitro, and carbonated. The food lineup also follows the "3" theme, with toro avocado salted yukhoe, Sanbaiji chicken, and anago and sansho rice balls.
Rain-day perks
The brewery is also keeping its seasonal rain-day promotion going through the rainy season. If Yahoo! Weather shows a 60% or higher chance of rain at opening time, guests can receive a tsuyu starter, a free beer, and a stamp rally entry. A lottery with old logo goods is also part of the celebration. Sister venue Sakaduki Brewing will stay open until 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 19 as a pre-holiday service day.
