'Ogna' is a coined word made by rearranging the letters of 'NAGANO'. Their standard Golden Ale has a bright, refreshing muscat-like citrus aroma, Amber Ale has a great balance of caramel malt toastiness and hop bitterness, and Dunkel Weizen is a wheat dark beer with a rich banana aroma.

Apple Hop uses apples from Minami Shinshu, and Blueberry Hop is a fruit happoshu made with blueberries from Oshika Village. The brewing water is meltwater from the Central Alps that has slowly seeped underground over many years and contains natural minerals.
