Draft beer lineup for October 10

CraftBeerSpot Hathor, a beer pub in Osaka’s Kyobashi district, has published its draft beer lineup for October 10. The bar offers 16 taps focused on craft beer, along with house-smoked dishes designed to pair well with beer.

The newly opened beer is Yebisu from Sapporo Beer. Brewed with 100% malt, Yebisu yeast, aromatic hops from Bavaria, and extended maturation, it is presented as a premium lager with a rich malt finish and a bright golden color. It offers a classic counterpoint to the more experimental beers on the tap list.

The featured recommendation is Stout Real Ale ver. from Minoh Beer. Roasted malt brings notes reminiscent of coffee and dark chocolate, while the texture is smooth and creamy with a dry finish. At 5.5% ABV, it is designed to be approachable and easy to enjoy across multiple glasses. Hathor also suggests pairing it with meat dishes or desserts.

A broad selection across styles

The lineup also includes P!P!P! and Uchu Zombie from Uchu Brewing; Oktoberfest Lager, West Coast Pilsner, and Hop Nyaon 13th Fleet from Ise Kadoya Beer; and Apple Hop Shinano Sweet ver. from Minamishinshu Beer. Kyushu Craft Kinkan from Miyazaki Hideji Beer and Shimanami Super Sour Plain from Shimanami Brewery add fruit-forward and tart options.

For hop-focused pours, guests can choose Citraholic from Beachwood or Secret Truth of the Universe from Barebottle. With lagers, fruit beers, IPAs, and dark beer represented, the tap list is suited to a progressive tasting session. Availability may change, so checking with the pub before visiting is recommended.
