Minami Shinshu Beer is a brewery based in Miyada Village, Nagano, where it brews at the Komagatake Brewery. The company has long made use of groundwater fed by the melting snow of the Central Alps, and its new restaurant marks a fresh step for its food-and-beer experience.

The new venue, an go, follows roughly six months after the closure of the company’s directly operated restaurant, Ajiwai Kobo, which ended service in December 2025. According to the official announcement, the grand opening is set for Friday, July 3, 2026.
