VERTERE to Host OKUTAMA BEER FEST 2026 in Okutama on October 31 and November 1
VERTERE, also known as Beer Cafe Batere, will host OKUTAMA BEER FEST 2026 on October 31 and November 1 at its brewery site in Okutama, Tokyo. The free-entry event will feature beers from six breweries, food trucks, local vendors, and a limited tenugui gift for early visitors.

VERTERE, the brewery behind Beer Cafe Batere, has announced OKUTAMA BEER FEST 2026, taking place on Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1, 2026. The festival will be held at the VERTERE brewery site at 1099-6 Hikawa, Okutama-machi, Nishitama-gun, Tokyo. The event runs from 11:00 to 17:00 each day, with doors opening at 10:45. Admission is free and no ticket is required.
Participating breweries include host VERTERE, KYOTO BREWING from Kyoto, Nara Brewing Co. from Nara, TOTOPIA from Aichi, West Coast Brewing from Shizuoka, and ZAKKOKU KOUBOU from Saitama. Visitors will be able to explore beers from across Japan alongside VERTERE’s own Okutama-brewed lineup. Ethical Spirits will also serve “REVIVE from VERTERE,” a gin from its ethical spirits series.
The food lineup includes B-YARD, MITAKE HOLIDAY GELATO, STAND by MEKONG, TOKYO WASABI, Ramen Itsuki, and Okuedo Suisan. The market area will feature Ome Farm, New Dagashiya Sanma, and the Okutama Tourism Association, which will offer local goods and souvenirs. A Sagawa delivery service will also be available at the venue.
VERTERE brews in Okutama, an area known for its abundant greenery, clean water, and fresh air. In addition to its Okutama taproom, the brewery operates taprooms in Eifuku, Tachikawa, Yokohama, and Daikanyama. This festival offers a chance to enjoy a broad selection of craft beer while experiencing the landscape and atmosphere that define VERTERE’s home base.
Guests arriving between 10:45 and 11:15 will receive a limited OBF2026 tenugui while supplies last. The venue is approximately a 20-minute walk from Okutama Station on the JR Ome Line, or a three-minute walk from the Hospital-mae bus stop. A shuttle bus between Okutama Station and the venue is also planned. Food service ends at 16:30 and beer service at 17:00. The event will proceed in rainy weather, although it may be canceled in severe weather.
