Evolve Beer&Kitchen in Mukojima, Sumida, Tokyo has released its tap list for September 13. The beer pub, located near Tokyo Skytree, is offering nine beers covering a broad range of styles.
The highlight is KOZUKOZU, a fifth anniversary beer brewed as a collaboration between Evolve and Atsumi Peninsula Brewing. It is a Brut Lager, suggesting a crisp, dry profile suited to a session at the pub.
The lager selection includes Pilsner from HARVESTMOON, Nomcraft Lager from NOMCRAFT BREWING, and Frais Pils from Y.MARKET BREWING. These cover classic pilsner, Helles lager, and French pilsner interpretations.
For tart and hop-forward options, Novoru Brewing’s SOUR TIME! Hinata Natsu ver. is listed as a Sour Ale, while VERTERE’s Osumunda is a Hazy IPA. APE BREWING contributes Mogitate, a West Coast IPA made with sudachi. Pizza Port’s Summer Sunlight adds another West Coast IPA to the lineup.
The final beer is Three Lions, Nitro ver. from G-Brand Beerers, served with nitrogen for a smoother texture and finer foam. The post marks both Nomcraft Lager and Three Lions as nearly finished.
Food at Evolve includes spice-focused dishes such as lamb saag curry and Sri Lankan-style sardine curry, along with snacks and small plates designed to pair with beer. The pub is also scheduled to appear at Toyohashi Awa Awa Hour on September 19 and 20, followed by a Novoru Brewing tap takeover on November 22 and 23.
