VERTERE to release IPA Pack and Sour Pack on September 4
Beer Cafe VERTERE, based in Okutama, Tokyo, will release two mixed packs at noon on September 4: an IPA Pack and a Sour Pack. The lineup includes eight beers in total, from Rhoeas and Magnolia to pomegranate- and beet-based sour beers.

In the Instagram announcement, VERTERE described the IPA Pack as a selection centered on four IPA styles, while the Sour Pack features beers such as Liponesco, made with pomegranate juice, and Beta Ⅲ, brewed with beets from Ome. The packs bring together hop-driven IPA character and fruit- or vegetable-driven sour profiles in one release.
VERTERE is a Tokyo-based brewery rooted in Okutama, and the new packs reflect the range the brewery has built across its lineup. For beer fans, this is a compact way to compare styles that sit at opposite ends of the flavor spectrum.
