The list opens with Moon & Sun Brewing’s Uryu Style Lager, a 5% lager brewed with rice. NOVORU’s Kureru Amber Ale follows at 5% ABV.
Pyracantha, a collaboration between VERTERE and NEIGHBOR, is a 5.5% NZ Pale Ale. CRAFTROCK BREWING’s Tropical Splash is a 4.5% Margarita Gose, offering a refreshing alternative for guests who enjoy tart and fruit-forward beers.
The remaining taps include Kyoto Brewing’s Shale: Coffee Brown Ale Edition (5%), Paint Palette Brewing’s Chromatic Blast Hazy IPA (6.5%), and Revision’s Single Track Theory West Coast IPA (6.5%). Together, the lineup covers roasty malt, soft haze, bright hop character, and crisp bitterness.
NEIGHBOR also serves food designed to pair with its beer selection. Current recommendations include bonito carpaccio with chimichurri sauce, charcoal-grilled lotus root with house hot sauce, mushroom carpaccio, and salsiccia with mushroom aglio e olio. Mapo tofu and new shumai from Nogata Shumai are also planned for the weekend.
The pub is located at J-ARC Nogata 1F, 6-30-26 Nogata, Nakano, Tokyo, and opens from 5:00 p.m. The venue is also planning a “Chinese Food and Pilsner” event on October 24 and 25.
