A varied tap list in Mukojima
Evolve Beer&Kitchen, located in Tokyo’s Mukojima district near Tokyo Skytree, has released its September 12 tap list. The newest keg is Frais Pils from Y.MARKET BREWING, a French Pils-style beer suited to a refreshing start or a pairing with the pub’s food menu.
The list also features KOZUKOZU, a fifth-anniversary beer created by Evolve and Atsumi Peninsula Brewing. Brewed as a Brut Lager, it offers a distinctive collaboration beer connected directly to the pub’s milestone. Other lagers include Pilsner from HARVESTMOON, Nomcraft Lager from NOMCRAFT BREWING, and Summer Lager from Minoh Beer.
For more expressive flavors, guests can choose Novoru Brewing’s SOUR TIME! Hyuganatsu ver. or VERTERE’s hazy IPA Osumunda. APE BREWING’s Mogitate -Sudachi-infused ver.- brings sudachi citrus to a West Coast IPA, while Pizza Port’s Summer Sunlight adds another hop-forward option.
The lineup is rounded out by Three Lions -Nitro ver.- from G-Brand Beerers, an English IPA served on nitro. The tap list notes that Nomcraft Lager, Summer Lager, and Three Lions are running low or may finish quickly, so availability may change.
Evolve’s kitchen offers dishes such as seared sea bream, octopus with grated daikon and ponzu, grilled saury with liver soy sauce, spring rolls, and Sri Lankan-style sardine curry. Upcoming events include the Toyohashi Awa Awa Hour on September 19–20 and a Novoru Brewing tap takeover on November 22–23. For beer fans visiting Mukojima, Evolve is a compact destination for exploring both Japanese and international craft beer styles alongside substantial food.
