T.T Brewery

T.T BREWERY in Kawasaki is interesting. The owner, Mr. Terada, originally ran restaurants in Kawasaki, and when he started thinking about how to differentiate himself from other places, he ended up at craft beer.

What is amazing is that he trained for about a year under Mr. Yamanaka of Blue Pub Moonlight, the first brewery in Kawasaki City. Then he obtained a liquor tax license and launched his own brewery.

Mr. Terada's belief is that people gather for beer that can only be drunk in that place. In fact, they always have seven kinds of craft beer on tap, and among their newer releases, "Spring Thunder IPA" is wild. It is a bitterness-focused IPA, with a lingering bitterness that stays from the moment you taste it until after you finish drinking.

Right, it probably means bitterness that hits like a spring thunderclap. And the "BLACK COFFIN" released in February is also amazing, with a pitch-black appearance but a well-balanced flavor. A beer named Coffin is pretty bold, isn't it?

The brewery is in Nakajima, Kawasaki Ward, and you can drink it at the Kawasaki Cinecitta Street location or the Kawasaki Racecourse location. It's rare to find craft beer taps at a racecourse, isn't it? They also appear at local events all the time, and it seems to double as management training for the staff.

They also do OEM brewing. Contract brewing for restaurants that want to create their own original beer. Since Mr. Terada came from the restaurant world, he probably understands what the shop side is feeling.
