Limited-Color Growler Arrives at Brasserie Knot and TSURUI BASE
A limited orange growler has arrived through a collaboration between Brasserie Knot and TSURUI BASE in Tsurui Village, Hokkaido. It offers cold and heat retention, and is also compatible with carbonated drinks. It pairs well with draft beer sold by measure at the direct-sales shop, making it a bottle that meets outdoor demand.
At Brasserie Knot in Tsurui Village, Hokkaido, a growler in TSURUI BASE original colors has arrived. In a post, it was introduced as an orange vitamin color that stands out outdoors, and it is being sold in stores in limited quantities.
This growler is a stainless-steel model with a copper coating that is said to keep drinks cold for about 36 hours and hot for about 18 hours. Because it also supports carbonated beverages, it can be used to carry craft beer and sparkling water. Its one-touch opening makes it easy to handle with one hand, and it fits activities around Tsurui Village such as camping, sleeping in the car, and walking in the Kushiro Marsh.
Brasserie Knot is known as a brewery renovated from an abandoned school in Tsurui Village, and at its direct-sales shop it offers not only canned beer but also growler fills by measure and tastings. This initiative can be seen as a concrete expression of the brewery's stance of "Connecting with beer. Connecting through beer." by linking it with the outdoor culture of eastern Hokkaido. Combined with the convenience of a direct-sales shop where draft beer can be filled into a growler and taken home, it offers a way to connect an on-site drink to home or a campsite.
