Brasserie Knot will participate in HIGASHIYAMATO ALL FEST2026, taking place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Higashiyamato Living Terrace in Tokyo. Nine breweries are scheduled to gather at the event, including Brasserie Knot from Hokkaido.

Based in Tsurui Village in eastern Hokkaido, Brasserie Knot brews beer beside the Kushiro Wetland. The brewery was created by renovating the former Moyukiri Elementary School, preserving the building’s modest character while adding a viewing passage for the brewing process and a retail shop.

The brewery describes its beers as having a clear character that blends into the atmosphere of eastern Hokkaido. Rather than overpowering food or other cultural experiences, its beers are designed to complement them. The range includes five core beers as well as seasonal releases suited to different times of year, meals, and occasions.

In its announcement for the festival, Brasserie Knot presents its beer as a taste of Hokkaido’s nature and craftsmanship. The brewery emphasizes the gifts of the land, the changing seasons, and the thoughts of the people who make each beer. Those ideas will travel to Higashiyamato this autumn, where visitors can encounter the brewery alongside eight other producers.

The event offers beer fans an opportunity to compare beers from different brewing regions in one setting while discovering Brasserie Knot’s interpretation of Hokkaido’s landscape. Details such as the specific beers being served and sales arrangements should be confirmed through the official announcements from Brasserie Knot and the festival organizers.
