Nara Brewing lines up June 6 taproom open day and Tokyo KUSANAGI launch
Nara Brewing will hold a June 6 taproom open day in Nara and a KUSANAGI launch event at HIGHBURY in Tokyo. The lineup includes the new Belgian wit plus World Beer Cup 2026 gold medal beers, giving fans two ways to meet the brewery on the same day.
Nara Brewing, based in Nara City, announced a pair of June 6 events. At its taproom, the brewery will hold a TAPROOM OPEN DAY, pouring the newly released KUSANAGI alongside World Beer Cup 2026 gold medal beers FUNCTION and LIGHTHOUSE.
In Nara
The taproom will be open from 11:00 to 18:00, with last orders at 17:30. A limited lunch set and snacks will be available, outside food is welcome, and visitors are asked not to come by car. Brewery tours are nearly sold out, with reservations available through the link in the profile.
KUSANAGI is a Belgian wit brewed with Shizuoka citrus, giving the event a fresh seasonal release.
In Tokyo
On the same day, HIGHBURY in Tokyo will host a launch event for KUSANAGI. Brewmaster Yasunori Namioka is scheduled to stop by around 13:30-15:00, giving beer fans in the capital a chance to meet the brewery through the glass.
