Nagano Minamikaze Beer is a brewpub located about an eight-minute walk from Nagano Station. The business moved to its current location in December 2021 and obtained its brewing license in April 2022. On its official website, the brewery says it aims to make beers rooted in the local area while using Shinshu-grown agricultural ingredients.
In an Instagram post on August 6, the brewery introduced a new barrel release called "Hazelnut Beer."
