New tap
In its Instagram post, BEER SPACE on Tap said it was ready with “10 taps” and introduced a new pour from Nagano’s Minamikaze Beer: “Shinshu Soba” Countryside. The beer is a 5.5% ABV buckwheat tea ale made with tea brewed from home-roasted Shinshu buckwheat. The description highlights a fragrant, gentle aroma and a light finish that should pair well with Japanese food.
