Nagano Minamikaze Beer shared a thank-you message on Instagram following its appearance at Beer Fest Shinshu. The post expresses appreciation to the many visitors who attended the event, adding a friendly tone with a smiling emoji.

The update suggests that Beer Fest Shinshu was more than a chance to serve beer. For the brewery, it was also an opportunity to meet drinkers face to face and hear their reactions directly. That personal connection is one of the attractions of craft beer festivals, where visitors can compare beers from different breweries while learning more about the people and places behind them.

Nagano Minamikaze Beer operates a brewpub in Shindencho, Nagano City, about an eight-minute walk from Nagano Station. Its roots go back to a standing bar that opened in Tsurumi, Yokohama, in 2010. The business moved to Nagano in 2016, relocated to its current site in December 2021, and obtained its brewing license in April 2022. Guests can enjoy house-brewed beer while looking at the brewing tanks inside the restaurant.

The brewery aims to build a craft beer culture in Nagano City by working with local residents and using agricultural products from Shinshu. Its food menu includes Shinshu salmon, lamb sausages from Shinshu-Shinmachi, and Shinshu-produced cured ham, all selected to pair with craft beer.

For festival visitors who discovered Nagano Minamikaze Beer at Beer Fest Shinshu, the brewpub offers a chance to continue exploring its beers in Nagano. The brewery’s message is a small but warm reminder of the close relationship between local brewers and the people who drink their beer.
