Nagano Minamikaze Beer has shared an Instagram post titled “We’re bringing it to you with these three again today.” The post features three people together, offering a glimpse of the approachable team behind the brewpub’s regular updates.

Located about an eight-minute walk from Nagano Station, Nagano Minamikaze Beer operates as a brewpub where guests can enjoy house-made craft beer and food while viewing the brewing tanks from the counter. The space is designed with blue tones and a seaside-inspired atmosphere. It opens from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on regular days, and from 1 p.m. on weekends and public holidays.

The brewery’s story began in 2010 with a standing yakitori bar in Tsurumi, Yokohama. After relocating to Nagano in 2016, the business moved to its current location in December 2021 and obtained its brewing license in April 2022. Since then, it has aimed to create beers rooted in Nagano and made with produce from Shinshu.

Its food menu includes Shinshu salmon, lamb sausage from Shinshu-Shinmachi, and locally produced cured ham. The latest post reflects the brewpub’s emphasis on people, conversation, and an inviting everyday atmosphere alongside its locally focused beer and food.
