Taki, a craft beer and sake pub in Shibuya’s Sakuragaoka neighborhood, has opened a new keg in time for its October 17 service.

The featured beer is Today’s March – Cheer for Tomorrow!, a limited brew from Nagano Minamikaze Beer. Listed as an original ale, it has an ABV of 5.5%. This is taki’s first transaction with the brewery, and the pub notes that its owner had recently visited the brewery in person.

According to the brewery’s description, the drink uses freshly squeezed lemon and lime, with citrus peels also used for aroma. Cardamom adds a subtle spice accent, while orange juice brings a gentle sweetness. The result is presented as a new-style tonic-water-inspired drink, making the beer an interesting choice for drinkers who enjoy bright citrus and botanical notes.

The October 17 tap list includes three beers: Today’s March from Nagano Minamikaze Beer, an IPA from Yamaguchi Jibeer, and Ume Ale from Nagisa Beer. The Ume Ale is on its second keg, offering another chance to explore the beer’s plum character. Tasting all three should provide a compact tour of contrasting brewery approaches.

Taki is located on the third floor of Shibuya Johnson Building in Sakuragaoka, within easy reach of Shibuya Station. On October 17, the pub is open from 4:00 p.m. to midnight; the last food order is at 11:00 p.m. and the last drink order at 11:30 p.m.
