This collaboration beer celebrates Y.Y.G. brewery’s 10th anniversary, and the release post announces that sales will begin at 3:00 p.m. on April 2.
The style is Biere de Garde w/ Sake Yeast. The recipe combines Pale Ale, Munich, Red X, Melanoidin, and Flaked Rice, with Hallertau Tradition hops and BMK3 and WLP500 yeast. The specs are listed as ABV 6.5% / IBU 22 / FG 1.018 / SRM 11.
The key point of this beer is that it uses the sake yeast "BMK3," developed for beer brewing.
