The March event from Nara Brewing that deserves attention is the Taproom Open Day on Saturday, March 14. The venue is Nara Brewing (1-8-14 Kitanosho Nishimachi, Nara City), and the event runs from 10:00 to 17:00 (last order at 16:30).

In addition to taproom service on the day, a brewery tour led by Head Brewer Yasunori Namioka will also be held. One of the biggest attractions is being able to experience the place where beer is made, together with the brewer's own words (reservations required).

The venue will also announce planned taps of "SUN" and "INTEGRAL B," both award winners at Japan Brewers Cup 2026. In addition, the March 5 announcement introduced the vendors as knot (hot dogs, donuts) / FOUR STAR PHO (pho, snacks) / Akaha Chai (chai) / Kore Kara Flowers (bouquets) / KISSA (snacks), suggesting a day to enjoy not only beer and food, but the entire space as well.

Founded in 2017, Nara Brewing is a brewery based in Nara that produces craft beer. True to its stance of placing the local area in its company name, it has continued to propose a diverse range of styles while staying rooted in the community. The company's signature approach of delivering the "joy of choosing" through not only beer flavor, but also design, collaborations, and event experiences, is clearly reflected in this March program as well.

Please note that parking is not available for visitors, so public transportation is recommended. For anyone who wants to enjoy both the brewer's worksite and the contents of the glass in springtime Nara, this is an opportunity not to miss.
