This new "DAYLONG" is a German Pilsner aimed at the warming season ahead. The alcohol content is kept at 5.0%, and as the name suggests, the brewery says it was designed to be an easy beer to enjoy throughout the day. For the recipe, all of the malt, hops, and yeast are sourced from Germany.
