Banri no Haru Brewery in Tondabayashi, Osaka, has started selling a canned IPA at its shop and online store. In its Instagram announcement, the brewery described the beer as one of its long-standing favorites, now available in a can format that is easier to take home and enjoy.

The brewery is built from a renovated sake brewery once known for the "Banriharu" sake brand, which had been recognized in Osaka's southern Kawachi area since the early Meiji era. Today, the site operates as a brewery and beer hall, and the house beer is made with well water drawn from a source connected to the Kongo mountain area, a detail that ties the project closely to the history of the building.

The newly released beer is listed as an IPA / American IPA. The brewery says it has 6% ABV and 35 IBU, with a profile built around American hop aroma, malt-driven body, and a clear, steady bitterness. The result is presented as a fuller-flavored, easy-to-recognize take on the classic IPA style.

Banri no Haru also outlined its available wholesale lineup. Draft-only options include Pale Ale, Amber Ale, Rye Weizen, Stout, Sake Ale, Lemon Saison, and IIPA. For canned wholesale, the brewery lists IPA and Weizen. With the brewery, beer hall, and online store all working together, the release fits neatly into Banri no Haru's current approach: connecting a historic sake-brewery setting with a modern craft-beer lineup.
