Enibru, a craft beer pub located in Nakamozu, Sakai, Osaka, has released its tap list for Saturday, September 12. This week’s featured breweries are Shimanami Brewery from Hiroshima and Kankiku Brewery from Chiba, with a broad selection of draft beers available throughout the evening.

Shimanami Brewery’s lineup includes Hop Step Lager, a dry-hopped lager; DARK LOVER Summer, a dunkel; Shimanami Cat Hassaku Ice Cream, a seltzer made with hassaku citrus and ice cream; and Shimanami Super Lemon Sour, a lemon-forward seltzer. The selection moves from crisp and refreshing lagers to fruit-driven and experimental styles.

Kankiku Brewery offers KUJYUKURI OCEAN RICE ALE, KUJYUKURI OCEAN IPA, Madoromi, a hoppy weizen, and RISING PILSNER #2 Motueka Ver., an Italian pilsner featuring Motueka hops. Together, these beers provide a varied tasting route through rice-based fermentation, American IPA character, wheat beer aromatics, and hop-focused lager styles.

Additional taps include RED IPA and Lavender&Chamomile from CRAFT BEER BASE, Strawberry Sour Ale from Banrishun Brewery, Enmusubi Beer Stout from Matsue Beer Beer Herun, and Asahi Nama Beer Maruefu. Planned and standby beers include YOUR KRUSH from Kankiku Brewery and U.B.P BREWERY, Lager no Gyakushu 01 Smoke Lager from Shimanami Brewery, BAGMAN IPA from CRAFTBANK, Swan Lake IPA, and Many Hands, One Coast, a West Coast IPA brewed for Enibru and Hibino Beer.

September’s sake theme is “early-autumn hiyaoroshi,” with selections such as Tedagawa, Okura, Ryoseki, Yokoyama, Keigetsu, and Amabuki. Craft sake options include MIYOI Lychee and Shoukuu HOP SAKE Hoppe. Enibru is open from 6 p.m. to midnight Tuesday through Sunday at Il Grandi B1, 2-71 Nakamozucho, Sakai, Osaka.
