Enibru, a craft beer pub in Nak百舌鳥, Sakai, Osaka, has announced a diverse beer lineup featuring the long-awaited Nomcraft Pale Ale from Wakayama’s Nomcraft Brewing. Classified as an American Pale Ale, it is presented as a new standard beer from a brewery with a strong following among regulars of the associated Hibino Beer lineup.
The taps also include the limited Many Hands, One Coast, a West Coast IPA brewed by Paint Pallet Brewing in collaboration with Hibino Beer and Enibru. Other selections include KYOTO NUDE BREWERY’s HINATABOCCO, a light lager; Daisen G Beer’s Vaienhop, a fresh hop beer; and Anglo Japanese Brewing’s Cherry Lager, a fruit lager.
Further options include Manriharu Brewing’s Amber Ale, Kyoto Brewing’s Hakukishi, a hefeweizen, and LAB COAT, a grisette made by CRAFT BANK and KYOTO BEER LAB. Yokohama Bay Brewing’s Weekend Journey, a Belgian witbier, karuizawa Q’s Tochu, a session IPA, and Yellow Monkey Brewing’s GOHOBI IPA, a New Zealand IPA, round out the main tap list.
The announced waiting kegs are Daisen G Beer’s Stout and Voyager Brewing’s COPPER, an English ale. The selection covers a broad range of styles, from crisp lagers and refreshing pale ales to hop-forward IPAs and malt-rich dark beers.
New bottles from FLORA FERMENTATION are also available for takeaway: BAUER, a rye weizen; WITTE WIEVEN, a White IPA; NEKTAR – BERRY & PEAR –, a fruit sour ale; and KORPOKKUR, a saison with spruce tips brewed in collaboration with Nomcraft Brewing. With craft beer and food served in a relaxed pub setting, Enibru is a natural destination for both casual drinks and focused beer tasting in Sakai.
