Early pours

Hibinovia Craft Beer Kitchen & Store, in the basement of a building in Sakai, Osaka, is opening beers from Shimanami Brewery and Kankiku Brewery ahead of the Sept. 6 pop-up event. On Sept. 4, service starts at 6 p.m., and reservations are accepted.

The taps include Shimanami Brewery's `Strike Pilsner` and `Shimanami Super Lemon Sour`, plus Kankiku Brewery beers such as `RICE ALE`, `IPA`, `RISING PILSNER #2 Motueka Ver.`, and `YOUR KRUSH`. Other names on the list include `Lager no Gyakushu 01 Smoke Lager`, `Dark Rubber Lager`, and `KANKIKU HELLES#3`. In total, 21 beers across kegs and cans are lined up, covering lager, IPA, stout, and more.

For the weekend

The main event on Sept. 6 adds a full tap takeover, talk sessions, and a raffle. The bar's limited collaboration beer, `Many Hands, One Coast`, also stands out as a three-way project with PAINT PALETTE BREWING, Eni-Bru, and Hibinovia. For beer fans, the night works as a practical preview of both breweries before the weekend crowd arrives.
