Faló Brewing to Hold a 12-Tap Takeover at SANITY on June 5
Faló Brewing from Yamamoto Town, Miyagi, will host a 12-tap takeover at SANITY locations on June 5. The lineup will span core beers, a collaboration with an Australian brewery, and the brewery’s latest release, with the Faló team also expected to visit.
SANITY’s craft beer specialty locations will host Faló Brewing on Friday, June 5. The takeover will feature 12 taps, including beers that reflect Faló’s house direction of “Clean, Crisp, Crushable”, a collaboration beer with an Australian brewery where Naru once worked, and even the brewery’s newest release before launch.
Faló Brewing is based in Yamamoto Town, on the southern coast of Miyagi Prefecture, and was created through the renovation of a former junior high school into a brewery. Brewing began in October 2025, so the project is still in its early stage, but its concept is already clear. The name Faló comes from the Italian word for “bonfire,” expressing the idea that beer and the brewery should become a place where people gather, just as they would around a fire.
With the Faló team scheduled to visit as well, the event should offer drinkers a chance to hear more about the brewery’s background and production site directly. For anyone following Japan’s new wave of craft breweries, this is a useful snapshot of where Faló Brewing stands now.
