Nagano Minamikaze Beer joins the Ichinoseki national beer festival, Aug. 21-23
Nagano Minamikaze Beer is taking part in the 29th National Craft Beer Festival in Ichinoseki, held in Iwate Prefecture. In an Instagram post, the brewery noted the venue at the Ichinoseki Cultural Center plaza and shared the schedule for August 21 to 23, while thanking visitors for coming.

In its post, the brewery said the second day was already underway and listed the venue as the plaza in front of the Ichinoseki Cultural Center. It also shared the daily schedule: 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on August 21, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on August 22, and 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on August 23.
The brewery is based in Shinshimachi, Nagano City, as a brewpub. It moved to its current location in December 2021 and obtained its brewing license in April 2022. According to its official site, the brewery focuses on Shinshu ingredients and pairs its beers with local dishes such as Shinshu salmon and Shinshu-shinmachi lamb sausage.
The Ichinoseki festival is one of Japan's best-known summer beer gatherings, bringing together breweries from across the country. For Nagano Minamikaze Beer, it is also an opportunity to present its Nagano-based brewpub and its food-and-beer style to fans outside the prefecture.
