Nara Brewing Announces First Shipment Retailers for EATBEAT! Collaboration Gose "HOORAY!"
Nara Brewing has announced the initial retailers for its collaboration beer "HOORAY!" with EATBEAT!. This gose uses orange and salt from Awaji Island and is being shipped nationwide, mainly to liquor retailers. It is also available in the online store.
Nara Brewing's "HOORAY!" is a gose created in collaboration with EATBEAT!. It uses orange and salt from Awaji Island, and the style is listed as "GOSE w/AWAJI DAIDAI." The alcohol content is 4.0%, the IBU is 9, and Mandarina Bavaria is used as the hop. The ingredients also include Awaji daidai orange, Onokoro Shizuku salt, and coriander, resulting in a well-balanced beer with orange aroma, acidity, and a subtle saltiness.
According to the official website, this beer is a collaboration beer for "Mori, Michi, Ichiba 2026," which will open in May 2026, and was created to energize the EATBEAT! area at the venue. The label was also co-created with the EATBEAT! team. It can of course be enjoyed at the venue, but it has also spread to retailers in various regions.
As of May 23, the announced initial shipment retailers are liquor shops only, distributed across Tokyo, Kanagawa, Nagano, Aichi, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Hiroshima, Tokushima, and Fukuoka. In Tokyo, the list includes Caliquors Tokyo, NEW VALLEY, TDM 1874 Shimokitazawa, TWO KINGS, Hinomoto Brewing, and 418kamiyama, with outlets arranged by region. It is also on sale at the Nara Brewing online store, making it possible to follow it both from the event venue and from shops.
