The brewery, which has been created by renovating the former Sakamoto Junior High School, will be open to the public, and if the weather is good, guests will also be able to spend time in the school courtyard. Brewery tours are also planned, making it a chance to get a close look at the brewing process.

Faló Brewing is a brewery in Yamamoto Town, Miyagi Prefecture, created by renovating the former Sakamoto Junior High School. The name, which means "bonfire" in Italian, reflects the brewery's desire to be a place where people gather, talk, and feel a gentle connection between the local community and beer. As this small, community-rooted brewery expands its presence through events both inside and outside the region, May's developments are worth watching.
