Nara Brewing Co., the craft brewery based in Nara City, has shared the first shipment destinations for CAMOUFLAGE, a Hazy IPA created to mark its 8th anniversary.

According to the brewery, the beer is based on the recipe used for its first brew, then refined into a more polished IPA. The style is built around a generous hop charge, giving it a juicy profile while keeping the finish light. It is positioned as a beer that suits the summer season well.

As of July 18, the first shipment is being distributed to liquor retailers across Japan. Nara Brewing notes that delivery timing and availability may differ by shop, so customers should check directly with each retailer before visiting. The initial stock list includes stores in regions from Iwate to Fukuoka, along with accounts in Tokyo, Kansai, and Nara Prefecture.

The brewery also says that sales at its online store will begin at noon on Friday, July 24. That gives drinkers two access points: early release through retail shops, and a later online launch for those who want to order directly.

For a brewery that has built its identity in Nara through steady, detail-oriented brewing, CAMOUFLAGE is a timely release. It keeps the hop character front and center while aiming for a finish that remains easy to drink, making it a fitting anniversary beer for the middle of summer.
