Yatsugatake Brewery announced on Instagram the pre-launch of its collaboration beer, 'Tora Hachi Beer' Oolong Lager, with TAIHU BREWING. The venue is Beer Kingdom, held from Thursday, April 9 to Sunday, April 12 in front of LaLaport at Ebina Station West Exit.

According to the post, 'Tora Hachi Beer' is made with Taiwanese oolong tea leaves and was crafted to feature a lively character, gentle aroma, and a flavor that spreads through the mouth. In addition, buyers will receive a bottle label as a gift, and the label design itself reflects the playful spirit that makes this collaboration special.

Yatsugatake Brewery is based in Kiyosato, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and is operated by Moeginomura Co., Ltd. At the attached Moeginomura ROCK, visitors can enjoy draft beer, and the brewery also supports growler takeout, continuing a model that emphasizes both on-site drinking and takeout. This announcement is being noticed as part of that locally rooted activity, combined with a collaboration with an outside brewery.

Another factor that makes this release stand out is that it is said to be the final collaborative brew by TAIHU BREWING's head brewer. As a single beer shaped by the character of its ingredients and the background of joint brewing, it looks like it will only add to the anticipation for the early tap opening at the venue.
