Yatsugatake Brewery produces Yatsugatake Beer Touchdown in the highland town of Kiyosato. Since its founding in 1997, the brewery has used the traditional German decoction method to draw out rich malt character. Its brewing also makes use of natural water from the southern foothills of Mount Yatsugatake, along with carefully selected malts and hops.

Its lineup includes the crisp Kiyosato Lager, the malt-forward Premium Rock Bock, and the aromatic Weiss. Which beers will be available at the festival has not been specified, making the brewery’s booth a worthwhile stop for fans of its beers.

With the venue located within walking distance of Saitama-Shintoshin Station, the festival offers an easy opportunity to compare Yatsugatake’s highland-brewed beers with selections from breweries across Japan.
