Uchu Brewing is represented by “Uchu LAGER,” a 5.0% lager offering a more approachable and refreshing option. Yatsugatake Brewery’s “Touchdown Yamanashi Momo Weizen” is a 5.5% wheat beer made with peaches from Yamanashi. Its soft wheat character and fruit-forward profile provide a contrasting choice to the other two beers.
The day’s curry selection includes kalonji chicken, chicken-and-burdock keema, and demi-glace pork.
