"DAYLONG" is a German Pilsner brewed with all ingredients sourced from Germany, including the malt, hops, and yeast. According to the brewery's published information, it is designed at ABV 5.0% and IBU 17, with Hallertau Hersbrucker and Merkur hops, plus Pilsner Malt and Vienna Malt, aiming for a beer that balances a grain-forward impression with an easy-drinking finish.

Nara Brewing is a brewery based in Nara that has produced everything from classic styles to experimental beers. This release of "DAYLONG" seems likely to draw attention from beer fans looking for a springtime bottle, as it is positioned more as an everyday beer than a flashy one.
