Banri no Haru Brewing revives a historic sake brewery associated with the Banri no Haru name, which was known in the southern Osaka region from the early Meiji period. The former brewery has been renovated into a brewing facility and beer hall. The brewery also uses groundwater sourced from Mount Kongo, once described locally as “golden water.” November offers multiple opportunities to discover its beers in both familiar and new settings.
