Noboru Brewing has unveiled "Miyazaki Roots 2" as its latest collaboration beer. In an Instagram post on April 28, it was shown to be a joint creation with Sanity from Tokyo and naradewa from Okayama, and introduced as the second release in the series.

This beer is a Double Dry-Hopped Hazy India Pale Ale. ABV is 6%, and it uses five hop varieties: Idaho 7, Citra, El Dorado, Riwaka, and Southern Cross. The post highlights aromas reminiscent of muscat grapes, peach, and juicy lychee, suggesting a finish that combines lightness with a bright fruity character.

Noboru Brewing is a brewery based in Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture. According to its official website, it opened its brewery in the Aoi district of Miyazaki City in January 2024, and produces beers centered on IPA and Pale Ale, while also making styles such as Helles and Weizen. The brand's mission is to "make people happy with the best beer." As a brewery grown in Miyazaki, this "Miyazaki Roots 2" name also reflects a project intent that emphasizes its connection to the local area.

The fact that the collaborators Sanity and naradewa are based in Tokyo and Okayama, respectively, also highlights the beer's reach. As a beer assembled by regional breweries bringing together their distinct personalities, this release is one to watch for the balance of its aroma layers and drinking texture.
