Novoru Brewing introduces DDH Hazy IPA “Hiraku”
Novoru Brewing in Miyazaki has introduced a new beer called Hiraku. The DDH Hazy IPA combines New Zealand and U.S. hops, with the brewery describing layered citrus and tropical fruit aromas alongside a smooth finish.
Novoru Brewing, based in Miyazaki City, has introduced its new beer, “Hiraku.” The beer is a Doubledryhopped Hazy India Pale Ale with 6.5% ABV, brewed with Southern Cross, El Dorado, Citra, and Motueka. According to the brewery’s description, the hop bill is split evenly between New Zealand and U.S. varieties.
The official shop notes bright citrus notes such as lime and grapefruit, followed by pineapple, melon, and pear-like fruit character. Southern Cross also adds subtle herbal and spicy nuances, giving the beer more depth than a simple fruit-forward hazy IPA.
Novoru Brewing was founded in 2022 in Miyazaki City and uses the mission “making you happy with amazing beers.” This release fits that identity well: hop aroma first, but with a smooth drinkability that keeps the beer balanced. You can check the details on the official shop and the Instagram post.
