Craft Beer & Wine THE DODO HOUSE, a beer pub in Shimomeguro, Tokyo, will tap one new beer on Saturday, October 18.

The featured release is Minoh Beer’s “Domestic Peach Weizen – Kaw中島 ver.-” from Osaka. Brewed with the Kawakajima peach variety, it is the final entry in this year’s peach Weizen series. The beer is described as having a sweet peach aroma, a rounded mouthfeel, nectar-like richness, and a clean finish. Four varieties of the peach Weizen series have been served this year, making this release the series finale.

The tap list also includes “Ifu Dodo,” a collaboration between Kankiku Brewery and THE DODO HOUSE; “Kureru,” from Noboru Brewing; Great Dane Brewing’s “Oktoberfest”; and Miyazaki Hideji Beer’s “Kur kuro.”

For guests seeking other styles, Swan Lake Beer’s “Yukimuro,” a non-alcoholic beer-style drink aged in a snow-storage facility, is available alongside Shiga Kogen Beer’s “Fresh Hop African Pale Ale” and Good Hops’ “Tasogare no Cascade.” The selection covers fruit beer, dark beer, hop-forward pale ale, and non-alcoholic options.

The pub is open from 2 p.m. to midnight on the day. Located directly across from Otori Park, THE DODO HOUSE also offers bench seating and takeaway service. Bench drinking is available without a charge, with beer served in takeaway plastic cups. The pub also serves wine and craft gin, making it a relaxed stop for exploring a broad range of drinks in Meguro.
