Fujizakura Kogen Beer is a brewery founded in 1997 at a forest brewery located at an altitude of 1,000 meters at the northern foot of sacred Mount Fuji. By making use of German brewing techniques and the high-quality soft water from the foothills of Mount Fuji, it has continued producing beer with fine foam and a layered flavor. It has also earned recognition at competitions in Japan and abroad, and it delivers fresh beer to beer bars and liquor shops nationwide.
Against that backdrop, the anniversary festival is positioned as an opportunity to enjoy beer directly at the brewery. It looks set to be a day when not only Fujizakura Kogen Beer fans, but also anyone who wants to visit a brewery at the foot of Mount Fuji, can enjoy a uniquely local experience.
