Fujizakura Heights Beer to Pour Seven Taps at Craft Gyoza Fes SAITAMA 2026
Fujizakura Heights Beer will participate in Craft Gyoza Fes SAITAMA 2026, held at Keyaki Hiroba in Saitama Shintoshin from October 7 to 12, 2026. The Yamanashi brewery will serve seven beers selected to pair with gyoza, with its brewmaster and staff welcoming visitors throughout the event.
Fujizakura Heights Beer, based in Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi, has announced its participation in Craft Gyoza Fes SAITAMA 2026. The food festival will run from Wednesday, October 7 through Monday, October 12, at Keyaki Hiroba in Saitama Shintoshin. Admission is free, with food and drinks charged separately.
The brewery’s booth will feature seven taps of beer chosen to complement gyoza. Visitors can enjoy the lineup alongside a wide range of dumplings, including grilled, fried, steamed and boiled styles. The festival is scheduled to run from 1 p.m. on the opening day, from 11 a.m. on weekdays, and from 10 a.m. on weekends and holidays, with closing at 8 p.m.
Gyoza’s savory filling and browned, aromatic exterior make a natural match for beer’s crisp carbonation and refreshing finish. The contrast can cleanse the palate between bites, making the seven-tap lineup well suited to a relaxed tasting tour through the festival’s many dumpling vendors.
Founded in 1997, Fujizakura Heights Beer builds on German brewing techniques and uses carefully selected ingredients together with soft water from the foothills of Mount Fuji. Its core range includes Pils, Weizen and Rauch, and the brewery says its beers have received more than 150 awards at domestic and international competitions.
For beer lovers, the event offers a chance to explore how beers from a Fuji-region brewery work with the rich, varied flavors of craft gyoza. The seven-tap selection will be one of the key attractions at the brewery’s Saitama appearance.
