California’s Offshoot Beer Co. contributes “Relax Anniversary,” an 8.0% Double Hazy IPA with bright citrus, peach, and tropical berry aromas. Its creamy, juicy texture makes it a natural choice for fans of fuller hazy beers. From Washington, Trap Door Brewing’s “Sativa Feva” combines tangerine, citrus, pine, and an intense dank character in a 7.0% West Coast IPA.
The Japanese lineup is equally varied. Shimoda Brewing Company offers “Zephyr,” a 5.5% XPA with refreshing citrus and tropical fruit notes, alongside “Black Wax,” a 5.0% Coconut Stout with impressions of coconut, molasses, chocolate, and dark-roast coffee.
