OH!LA!HO BEER to Release Kiwifruit-Scented Limited Sour Ale on December 11
The craft brewery OH!LA!HO BEER, based in Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture, will release a limited-edition product, "Bière de Raiden Seasonal Brew: Special Secret Kiwifruit Sour Ale," on Thursday, December 11, 2025. It will be rolled out gradually at supermarkets and other retailers nationwide as a year-end "final drink."

What Oraho Beer announced is a special edition of its seasonal series, "Bière de Raiden Seasonal Brew." The 2025 version of the annually changing "Special Secret" is a kiwifruit sour ale.
This release is designed as a sour ale that combines a crisp acidity with a smooth mouthfeel, layered with the fresh, bright flavor of kiwi. It is being positioned for toast moments from Christmas through the New Year holidays, as well as for pairing with festive dishes at the table.
A series built around "the four seasons and seasonal ingredients"
"Bière de Raiden Seasonal Brew" is a seasonal series developed under the concept of "enjoying Japan's four seasons and the flavors of the season." Its defining feature is that it brews different beer styles for each season: white ale in spring, weizen in summer, IPA in autumn, and porter in winter.
Within that lineup, "Special Secret" serves as a special slot to cap off the year. It is designed not only to be enjoyed on its own, but also as a food-pairing beer, with the aim of bringing out the aroma and character of craft beer alongside dishes.
