JINGLE BEER&DINING in Minami-Saiwai, Yokohama, will offer craft beer during its lunch service on Monday, September 21. Located in the basement of a building about two minutes from Yokohama Station’s west exit, the venue combines creative Chinese cuisine with a rotating craft beer selection.

The lineup includes Dark Matter IPA from Uchu Brewing in Yamanashi; Shonan Gold from Sankt Gallen in Kanagawa; Oraho Amber Ale from OH!LA!HO BEER in Nagano; Minoh Weizen from Minoh Beer in Osaka; and Peach White IPA Yumemizuki Ver. from Hansharo Beer in Shizuoka.

The five beers cover a broad range of profiles, from hop-forward IPA and a fruit beer named after Shonan Gold to a malt-driven amber ale, a soft and refreshing weizen, and a peach-accented white IPA. They offer plenty of scope for pairing with the restaurant’s creative Chinese dishes or comparing different brewing styles side by side.

The restaurant will serve its regular lunch menu, including chukasoba, while the evening is reserved for a private booking. JINGLE reopened after renovation in January 2026. Its listed hours are from 5 p.m. on weekdays and from 4 p.m. on Saturdays and public holidays, with Sundays closed. Guests should check with the venue before visiting for the latest service and reservation information.
