The beer belongs to the brewery’s seasonal series, built around the idea of enjoying Japan’s four seasons and their flavors. In that lineup, spring is a white ale, summer a gentle weizen, autumn an IPA, and winter a porter. The autumn edition is positioned as a hop-forward beer with a bright aroma and firm bitterness.
According to the announcement, the beer uses some of the brewery’s own cultivated hops.
