Hideji Beer, a craft brewery from Nobeoka, Miyazaki, will set up a booth at the Okushida Festival, held at the Nigiwai Hiroba of Kushida Shrine in Hakata, Fukuoka. The festival runs from Saturday, October 31 through Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Admission is free.

The event will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. each day. Alongside tastings of craft beer and other alcoholic beverages, visitors can enjoy live music and food served by kitchen cars. With Hakata illuminated after dark, the festival offers an opportunity to explore the neighborhood while sampling beer from Miyazaki.

Hideji Beer brews at the foot of Mount Mukabaki in Nobeoka, within the Sobo-Katamuki Mountain Range Prefectural Natural Park area. The brewery uses high-quality natural water and fresh house-cultured yeast, combining local resources with careful brewing by its team of artisans.

Its brewing philosophy centers on “craft beer drinkability”: beers with distinctive character, balanced flavors, and enough drinkability to make another sip feel natural. The Okushida Festival will provide a chance to experience that approach in a lively evening setting in Hakata.

A stamp for Hideji Beer’s hop owners will also be available at the booth. For beer fans interested in tasting regional Japanese craft beer alongside music and street-food-style dishes, the festival is a notable stop during the autumn holiday period.
